Soft, light and easy to skewer Marshmallows.
Believe it or not, the size of themarshmallow is important. Too big and they are ungainly and difficult to eat, too small and they become difficult to skewer.
There are many, many 'cheap' marshmallows that are simply too big to eat. The taste of these types of Marshmallow tend to be on the floury side. The general rule of thumb is: 'the bigger they are the more floury they are'.
Unfortunately retailers (internet mainly) tend to hike their prices on these (because they "look big and therefore should logically be more expensive" (!) and thus try to pass them off as much 'better than they really are'.
Once you've tried ours, you'll never try any other - promise!
