This is the choice of many Professional Chocolate Fountain operators and companies, however, extra cocoa butter must be added to increase the viscosity. Very easy to do - no technical knowlege needed!

This Dark Chocolate has an elegant, distinctive, enjoyable and 'more-ish' flavour (unlike some ). Definitely not astringent (not bitter). A surprise to most people how delicious a dark chocolate can be without the floury after-taste. If you like Chocolate but have never really strayed into 'dark' territory, this is the one to try. Don't forget to add a small sachet of Cocoa Butter to your basket if using in a Chcolate Fountain machine.
